Choice of Law

These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America, excluding provisions of Maryland law concerning choice -of -law that would result in the laws of any state other than Virginia being applied. However, the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act will not apply to these Terms and Conditions, and instead the law of Maryland as it exists without reference to the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act will apply. The parties agree to submit any disputes arising from this agreement to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association and shall occur within the State of Maryland. The substantially prevailing party in any such arbitration shall have the right to collect reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
