Professional services are available for customization and implementation of Labmatrix™ for research and specimen information management. These may include legacy data migration, data entry, customizing web interfaces, custom electronic data capture forms, creation of special functionality or integration with other data sources and systems. Labmatrix™ HL7 and API interfaces are available for clients to utilize by themselves or to contract our professional services for integration into existing systems, leveraging previous investment in informatics resources. System integration services include a thorough review of client resources, needs analysis, software development, implementation, testing and training of admin and end users. Our flexibility enables us to work with client resources in any number of ways.

Support is provided with all Labmatrix™ licensing which include all product upgrades. Support services include specialized, advanced or role-based training, form configuration recommendations, technical and customer support. Our multidisciplinary customer support team is legendary in the industry and serves our customers in many capacities.
