NHGRI’s ClinSeq Study to use Labmatrix™
Application for Large-Scale Medical Sequencing


June 13, 2007 —BioFortis’ Labmatrix™ research data management application is being utilized by the National Human Genome Research Institute to manage and integrate clinical and genetic data for its large-scale sequencing program, ClinSeq, the company announced today. ClinSeq will initially screen between 200 and 400 genes in 1000 study subjects with symptoms of coronary heart disease, with other genetic variations added to the screen over time.
